The employer, Community Health Services (Saskatoon) Association Ltd. (CHSA) is a member owned consumer co-operative that owns and directs the Saskatoon Community Clinic (SCC). In addition to directing SCC, CHSA provides opportunities for member involvement and advocates for public policies and programs that contribute to improved and equitable health outcomes.

The two clinics the Association owns are interdisciplinary primary health care organizations which offer primary health care services, health promotion, and disease prevention programs to clients in a city centre location (Downtown Clinic) and in a Westside core neighbourhood location (Westside Clinic).
