If you are considering abortion, you don’t need a referral to book an initial appointment.

TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT, please call reception at 306-652-0300.

Have your valid health card number and the date of the first day of your last menstrual period ready to share with our team member.

Once you have an appointment booked, we may arrange an ultrasound and lab work for you to complete prior to your initial appointment.

You will also need to complete these two forms below before that appointment:

• Consent to Use Electronic Communication Form
• Abortion Intake Form

Your initial appointment is a consultation only with one of our providers.

Together, you will review options and discuss the medical suitability of each one.
