Happy Easter!

Tired of waiting on hold when calling to book an appointment at the Saskatoon Community Clinic? We heard your concerns and have made an improvement!

When calling to book a non-urgent appointment with a physician or nurse practitioner, if reception cannot get to your call in a timely fashion, you will be given the option to choose a call back. A member of the reception team will return your call as quickly as possible.

To access the call back feature, once on hold, please listen to the message carefully for the prompt.

This is now available at our Downtown location and will be available at Westside in the weeks to come.
