Are you noticing changes in your memory, attention, or thinking skills? Join us for an engaging and supportive group designed for older adults experiencing cognitive changes.
This brief, education-based session offers practical, everyday strategies to help support memory, attention, organization and problem-solving skills. Participants will learn tools to promote independence, confidence and overall well-being while connecting with others in a welcoming environment.
This group is facilitated by the Occupational Therapy department. Open to all SCC clients and members.
